Does it mean Seven Lives????
OK, this is just a guess.
Siete Vidas was a very popular spanish sitcom where a coma patient comes back after 18 years. My guess is that your life has changed so much since leaving the US that you much feel like the protagonist in this spanish sitcom.
A stretch, I know, but it was the best I could do 1st thing in the morning.
It does mean Seven Lives, yes. But it doesn't have anything to do with the sitcom of the same name.

1) in Chile they believe that cats have 7, not 9 lives
2) you've acquired a surprising interest in a Playboy reality tv sex show called "Seven Lives"??????????
3) we will never be able to guess the reason unless we can get inside your head and NO ONE will want to do that! (Smooch)
